We will Change or Clean Filters on Heating System.

We will check pressures and temps. We will light pilot if needed and observe pilot flame, if needed we will clean the pilot. We will cycle the equipment. Check input on unit and make manufacture recommended adjustments if needed. We will observe the main burner flame, checking for smooth lighting, rollouts, lifting, or floating. We will observe the fan, pump, and all other components. We will check operation of Thermostat and Zone Controls if applicable.

We will remove appropriate covers to access Coil and wash Coil with appropriate Coil Cleaner and rinse with water.

We will clean A/C or Heat Pump unit with appropriate cleaner and rinse with water. We will check for any leaks. We will check pressures & temperatures. We will check that unit is level. 

 

*** Recommended Once a Year as soon as trees have bloomed in the spring ***

We will clean and perform the recommended Boiler manufacturer maintenance schedule. Such as clean heat exchanger, check venting, perform combustion analysis, check pressures & temperatures, check for any leaks, & check operation.
